Brian K. Korte, Esq.

Brian K. Korte is the founding attorney of Korte & Associates, a Florida law firm exclusively dedicated to representing tenants in landlord-tenant matters throughout all 67 Florida counties. With more than 20 years of legal experience and over a decade focused entirely on tenant rights, Brian has built one of Florida's most respected tenant-side practices.

Brian represents tenants facing eviction, security deposit disputes, landlord habitability failures, and unlawful debt collection. He has handled thousands of tenant rights cases across Florida and is committed to giving every client the strongest possible defense when their home is at risk.

Unlike many attorneys who represent both landlords and tenants, Brian made a deliberate choice to represent tenants only.
